Founded by a financial valuation expert who also teaches at Dauphine, ESSEC, and EDHEC, WP FINANCE combines technical expertise, rigor, and independence.

William Pouder, CFA, is an independent valuation expert and a finance professor at Dauphine, ESSEC, and EDHEC. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and advises companies and private equity firms on valuation, financial modeling, and complex instruments (IPEV/IFRS), with recognized expertise in the infrastructure and energy sectors, gained notably at the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE).
Jean-Bernard Romanik, Certified Public Accountant & Auditor, specializes in corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling. He has over 15 years of experience in consulting and transactions (BDO, Finexsi, Advolis), with recognized expertise in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He is a member of several professional associations (SFEV, APEI, CCEF) and also provides training.
